These Terms of Service govern your use of the CrabsCode online store, website, products, software, digital products, and services.
The terms “CrabsCode,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CrabsCode Inc., an Ontario corporation operating under the CrabsCode brand.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate the store, but purchases made through the store are transactions between you and CrabsCode Inc.
By accessing or using our store, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make purchases through the store.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with us.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

3. Software and Digital Products
Purchasing software or a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated.
Where applicable, you receive a limited right or license to use the software or digital product according to the terms presented with that product.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, sublicense, or commercially exploit software or digital content unless expressly permitted by CrabsCode Inc. or applicable law.

4. Technical Services
Technical services may include troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair-related services, software configuration, installation, technical assistance, or other technology services.
The exact scope of a service will be determined by the product listing, booking details, estimate, written agreement, or other information provided before the work begins.
Some technical problems may require additional investigation before a final diagnosis, price, or outcome can be determined.
CrabsCode Inc. does not guarantee that every technical issue can be repaired or resolved.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
An order is considered accepted once CrabsCode Inc. confirms or begins processing the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products, technical errors, or legal restrictions.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added at checkout where required.
You are responsible for providing valid and authorized payment information.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice before an order is placed.
7. Taxes
Applicable Canadian sales taxes may be collected where required by law.
The amount of tax charged, where applicable, will normally be displayed during checkout.
Customers remain responsible for any taxes or charges imposed on them by law that are not collected by CrabsCode Inc.
8. Shipping
Shipping applies only to products that require physical delivery.
Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy and the information shown during checkout.
Digital products, software, and electronically delivered services do not require physical shipping.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Different conditions may apply to physical products, digital products, software, software licenses, and services.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms removes any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Intellectual Property
The CrabsCode name, branding, logos, software, website content, graphics, documentation, videos, written material, product designs, and other original content may be owned by CrabsCode Inc. or used under license.
Unless otherwise stated, no purchase or use of the Services transfers ownership of CrabsCode Inc.'s intellectual property to the customer.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit protected CrabsCode content without permission, except where permitted by law or by the applicable product license.
Third-party names, logos, software, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Products and Services
Some products, software, links, tools, or services available through the store may involve third parties.
Third-party products and services may be subject to their own terms, licenses, warranties, and privacy policies.
CrabsCode Inc. is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
12. Shopify
The store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides ecommerce technology and infrastructure but is not the seller of products or services offered by CrabsCode Inc.
Purchases through the CrabsCode store are transactions between the customer and CrabsCode Inc.
Shopify may process information related to your use of the store as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's own privacy documentation.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use the store or Services:
- for unlawful purposes
- to commit fraud
- to interfere with the operation or security of the Services
- to distribute malicious software
- to violate intellectual property rights
- to impersonate another person or organization
- to engage in abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect CrabsCode Inc., customers, systems, or third parties.

Software, technology, and technical services may depend on third-party devices, operating systems, networks, applications, hardware, manufacturers, or service providers outside our control.
We do not guarantee that every product, software application, or technical service will operate without interruption or be compatible with every device or environment.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrabsCode Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
